The Sun and Moon Room at the Art Museum of Nature and Human Non-Homogeneity in Bungotakada City, Oita, is an interactive art installation that allows visitors to connect with nature. As visitors move through the room, small openings in the ceiling follow their movements, enveloping them in light and mimicking the changing shape of moonlight at their feet. Sensors detect the visitors' movements and open the apertures in the direction of the sun. I developed an original concept with Sadam Fujioka and made a prototype app.
